We have certificates for welding<\/a><\/strong>, which are especially required in the railway industry. One of our possibilities is the complete assembly of train windows.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t

Aluminum is the material that finds its application in almost every part of industry today. Furthermore, it is a material with fairly good mechanical properties, and it is malleable for processing by all technological processes. Aluminum welding process is one of the special processes in which our company has more than 15 years of experience.<\/p>

In 2009, we started the certification of welding plants according to the European standard EN ISO 3834-2, and then worked on the certification of aluminum welders, especially on the welding procedures TIG (141) and MIG (131).<\/p>

Welders are certified for individual welding processes according to the European standard for aluminum EN ISO 9696-2 as well as for the specification and classification of welding processes according to EN ISO 15614-2.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t

Welding is performed under the expert supervision of a welding engineer IWE (International Welding Engineer) \/ EWE (European Welding Engineer), while the control of welded joints is performed in our own laboratory by non-destructive methods: visual control, penetration method, dimensional; as well as destructive methods of testing welded specimens: tension test, bending test, hardness measurement.<\/p>

In 2012, we received the EN ISO 15085-2 CL2 railway certificate among the first in Bosnia and Herzegovina as well as in the region. With the quality of welding of assemblies and parts of railway vehicles, the company has achieved long-term business with large and well-known world companies: Bombardier, Siemens, Lipik Glas, Saint Gobain\u2026 We specialize in welding train window frames as well as interior parts of trains. We have modern equipment for aluminum welding and we are equipped for production of pieces of small and medium series.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t
